A great companion item for your cheese cutting board. Handcrafted out of Sonora Mesquite with Arizona Turquoise inlay and a stainless steel blade. Use this cheese slicer at your next cocktail or dinner party to create perfect thin slices and shavings of your favorite cheese. Stainless steel construction features a stable wedge/blade surface. Sharp cutting edge works well with medium-hard and hard cheese, such as Cheddar, Parmesan and Romano. Size; 9 1/2" long with a 4 1/2" long handle.
